Josh spearheads Ignite’s innovative design process and is responsible for establishing our unique balance of functionality and aesthetics that we’ve become so renowned for. His impressive expertise encompasses project planning and feasibility, acquisition, construction and finance. Closely involved with every buyer, Josh builds positive client relationships that continue far beyond the purchase phase.

Gary brings almost 20 years’ experience in the property development industry to his role as Ignite’s Director.
